My statements had to do with bullying and intimidation and included an example of a hostile work environment gone deadly situation that was not in any way affiliated with any union.

If it's your conclusion that the union is a bunch of thugs that conspire to bully and intimidate people and poison the work place with the us versus them mentality described in Snark Monkey's post. I will agree with you. But that is your conclusion. My conclusion had to do with societies need to better handle unacceptable behaviors.

Honestly , I don't see myself as a crybaby , but almost every person that posts to instigate is coming on here to fight old fights with people that have little or nothing to do with ANY union problem.

Question for those who want to keep having a pissing match about union versus non-union: If you want to convince drivers to unionize how does it help to come on non-union boards and argue with people that ( for the most part ) chose to work where they are and chose to stay where they are? Even with the ups and downs that EVERY job has , the vast majority of us work here by choice - what do you gain from saying one way ( union ) is the answer for most of the issues we face when you have so many problems that you cannot address?

What about the xpo terminals that voted for the union, they may be on here & not saying anything for fear of being attacked by the majority of anti union drivers on this site, moderator included. Take for instance what they did on the fed ex board, the put in a separate threat so both sides can put there 2 cents in. Not saying that's the answer but I my opinion it would put this label of a troll to rest...

And to be clear , nobody cares if you are union or not - the issue is the huge overlap of those claiming to be union and those posting to stir up trouble and instigate stale , tired arguments that are totally off topic.

I don't recall ever saying I was Union or not, although I am is beside the point! Your putting words in my mouth which is kinda petty!

Side note. Ain't no one doing that intimidation bull :::shit::: today. Call the wife a :censored: or whatever. Attack a mans family. But today, tolerance is at an all time low. People will snap over just about anything.
