Keep watching this video,after the police car damge report.
You'll see a man trying to cross the road.
He gets hit,and the vehicle doing the hitting takes off.hit & run.
But the other bizzar event is the people in the area are not paying any attention to this poor guy laying in the center of the street?

I find it hard to believe people can be that rude?

I've been surprised with all the talk of DOT 72 hour crackdown, the scales have been closed at night this week.

Shutting my mouth, knocking on wood. Still got to run tonight.

Strange you should say that...The Arkansas scales east and westbound, on the western side of the state I-40 have been closed for 2 days now, eastbound is almost always open on any given day, even Sunday and holidays...Hmmm, makes a feller wonder.
