Anybody ever spend some time on trucknet in the past? Gary posted a lot. Paul Taylor was the moderator for the legal forum. A Federal DOT Inspector from Chicago ran the safety forum until he went to work for the DOE in New Mexico. And I forget who owned the domain but I met him once @ the truck show in Louisville. von.
