In 2010 Teamsters took a 24% cut in wages and benefits. 90 days later the VP of sales happily reported to rank and file the company was opperating at an excellent 88. $12 profit for every $100 of revenue.
Now there is little to no profit. What has changed? We will never know.
We want standard to make money. The company needs to be profitable enogh to satisfy DHL's need for return on their investment.
Since information is not shared we will never know anything, so don't look for any meaningfull improvement in our compensation.
The union basically is saying "you're lucky you've got a job"
    Trust yourself, vote your conscience

Time for a wake up. There are lots of empty seats out there. So the statement from the Union is uncalled for. The real answer is, are you ready to move on and forward ?

What happened to making you guys the highest paid union drivers in the world? Isn't that the line they were using when they took over?
