I could not find out their exact age,however this link claims they are both teenagers.
So above 12 & younger then 18 the legal age of an adult.

I wonder how the authorities were able to narrow down these two?
But however they were caught they should get whats coming to them.

ANY FIRE unless for needed reasons is a tragedy and it's a BIGGER TRAGEDY with Human fatalities.

Probably from bragging or simply talking to too many people or personal evidence (clothing, incendiary devices) or a combination.
Not very many smart criminals.

Parents ARE RESPONSIBLE for their offspring and costs of all offspring activities up to age 18 unless the offspring are self supporting.

Most likely some juvenile hall (Gladiator Academy) then when 18 or 21, off to Prison.
