What you have a shortage of is warm bodies! And moving freight around is not gonna fix it. Your still gonna be short personal!-15% on wages with no pension = NO FREKIN WORKERS!

The Memorandum of Understanding boosts the pitiful non-CDL dock rate to $16, after an 18-month progression, but only at a specified list of terminals.
For the first time ever, freight Teamsters at the same company will make different wages at different terminals.

You are correct on that,M. Nothing changes. 309, and 511 docks, still each do 3 bills per hour....Nothing changes. Just shift people around. Seems that way. We have last Thursday freight on the dock.
We are a warehouse. Not a freight company.
Thats your COO.
We do the bills per hour. Just one way. To the dock. And sit for days at a time. You are correct on that,M. Nothing changes. 309, and 511 docks, still each do 3 bills per hour....

I'm surprised we still have customers. Must be other frt companies are doing the same.
I don't know. Customers have no choice if we are all doing the same thing.
Ditto. Stupid isn't it?Same at 508. We don't have any pups, unless it's to rush time critical freight out. Everything else just sits there or goes to rail.
And. Here we are. That book would be better used for toilet paper. And it would be even good at that.
Hey! We're giving the company a solid 85 per cent! What do they want?!
