Yellow | Two YRC Freight Changes Of Operation Announced!

How can you have too much freight at a 400 door terminal designed to handle large amounts of freight?
What you have a shortage of is warm bodies! And moving freight around is not gonna fix it. Your still gonna be short personal!-15% on wages with no pension = NO FREKIN WORKERS!
Just "follow the money" LEHIGH VALLEY"! This is a preview of the COO? Company raising wages to fill positions where they move the freight to. How many would really "follow the freight" on a major COO with this company?!

The Memorandum of Understanding boosts the pitiful non-CDL dock rate to $16, after an 18-month progression, but only at a specified list of terminals.

For the first time ever, freight Teamsters at the same company will make different wages at different terminals.

Nothing changes. Just shift people around. Seems that way. We have last Thursday freight on the dock.
We are a warehouse. Not a freight company.
Thats your COO.

We do the bills per hour. Just one way. To the dock. And sit for days at a time.
I'm surprised we still have customers. Must be other frt companies are doing the same.
I don't know. Customers have no choice if we are all doing the same thing.

Same at 508. We don't have any pups, unless it's to rush time critical freight out. Everything else just sits there or goes to rail.
