TForce | UPS Freight Corporate Layoffs

Our grizzle has been trimmed, now we have small pack supervisors (rejects so they say) invading and trying to run us the same way.
We are having a higher turnover of supervisors lately.
 
Hmm one of the issues I always had when I was still P&D was melting Freight with Small Pack.
As a lot of freight needs a dock,or a fork lift,where small pack can jump out of their delivery van & run to make their deliveries.
The time thing can not be compared between the two divisions.

Also leanning on freight employees to be super performers, takes a toll on management,& every other worker as well.
I know just at my local terminal that I keep in touch with,they have had a lot of dock & drivers,now a night dispatcher resign.
They just couldn't put up with the stress.
Not to highjack your topic Dockworker but freight should never be put under the stress & pressure to perform like small pack,as the results can be very negative.

I am so happy I was able to retire when I did.
