YRCW lost so many drivers to UPS they've starting doing what they do best. Lying to employees. YRC drivers said management is telling them the UPS hiring is only temp, that ppl who jumped ship are gonna be laid off just to try to scare them to stay. Temporary was the concessions yrcw said they needed and got not the 60mil UPS invested in more tractors and trailers system wide. you Welch, Ware, Pierson and Zollars you created the mess your in, if I were you I'd worry about getting your equipment road worthy and not what UPS is doing. Guys with 15+ years leave for a reason. 75% of the equipment on the road is in better shape then YRCWs and 15% of the 25% are rail and garbage haulers.
