    Anyone have a PCM about churning (Losing) customers?
    Customers in my area are getting sick of our "tardiness" and/or "no shows", something that we are starting to become consistent at. Our morale is hitting an all time low because of our inept dispatchers, shot gun loading and constant diad messages to "Leave" if we are detained more than 10-15 minutes.

    One of our drivers was at a customer's dock waiting to get loaded. Before customer starts loading, dispatch pulled him out to down the street to get 17 skids at another customer. Driver was instructed to tell customer that another truck would be in for the p/u before they closed in 45 min. 2nd truck arrived 30 min after closing. All this was 15 min from terminal.
