What's going on with the TMs?

I see a TM job posted for:

Plattsburgh
Albany
Montgomery
and nearby Williston, Vermont.

Did some kind of sting operation bust a sex ring of managers in Upstate that got them all fired? lol

The job boards show a usual amount of posted jobs, nothing high, but the concentration of every TM job along the Hudson river caught my eye.

The xnw tm was walked out last week. Had been there a couple years, but on the rocks for quite a while. Xab also had a relatively new tm. some terminals in New England have been sharing a tm for years, having them split their time between barns.
