First off don't waste anytime trying to talk to Yellow's HQ or payroll department.
To them Red Star never existed.
Secondly if you follow Yellow's W2Express.com website you can only access w-2's if you worked for Yellow. (got a copy of my 2004).
I called USF Holland's HQ in Holland MI and spoke to a gentleman in payroll named Jeff. He claims they were mailed out last week sometime but doesn't know when.
He stated because he works for Holland he knows how to obtain and reissue Holland w2's but not Red Star's. He did say however that he was informed that RedStar's W2's were mailed out last week.
IRS.gov recommends you wait until Feb 15 to report lost or missing w2's. Then you must file a form 4589 with the IRS to get a them to contant the employer to have a w-2 or 1099R reissued.
If you want to call Holland yourself get the number from the website and call them ask for Jeff in payroll.
If you like pushing buttons and listening to a machine call Yellow.
