V P of Operations GONE!!!!!!

Another EX New Penn manager going to Pyle. They are building quite a team over there. If they are half as sucessful as NP was, they will be tops in their area.
 
saw a sinking ship?....remember ..this VP ..left a great compnay NEW PENN to start a business( which failed) ...then went to NEMF . this guys whole philosophy is based on intimidation..this ex marine thinks hes training troops.. that dont fly in todays day and while it will have an impact short term. it obviosuly didnt work..he turned the entire corp. upside down and their still bleeding cash.......i predicted he wouldnt last because of his style....too many managers quitting, and he made no friends with the family...he saw the handwriting on the wall and left ...ADUIE is a great company....unless he changes his style...the end result will be the same
 
Mike S. created that atmosphere when he strongarms thew unions into submission. We all know hes going to close it up. How do you expect people who have be loyal for years and new hires who were promised things that they will never see to care. He turned his back on the company, Mike, retire and enjoy your money while you still have your health.
