On the City side, my location started in mid-late Dec with accrued weeks, those you'll earn in 2017. Currently winding down (today) the banked weeks portion. Then it's wide open for selecting/requesting individual days.

Just passed out bid forms Monday and will have results 1st of Feb. Nothing has ever been said about bidding banked Vacation first

Banked weeks come AFTER accrued/current weeks... At least that was the policy, as presented in the past.

We have a one time bid by seniority. He will not approve any personal days off until Vacation is done. Have had Doctor appointments set up back in June for this June and won't approve until Vacation is Bid.

We bidded vacation then banked now just got done with single days!! A lot of people didnt call in so it was good for some of us
