So RC and the crew got their vacation pay letter to day.
They were very upfront about how they came to their conclusion.
But, am I the only one that figured out they arrived at their 52 week computation based on 51 weeks of income?

Oh, ours is very nice as well. It’s just short about a dollar an hour.

Did you subtract the bonus payout before calculating the hourly rate? Mine came out pretty close when I calculated it.

The point I was trying to make is that they only used 51 weeks of data to arrive at a 52 week figure. One more average week of income brought me to my annual gross figure.

I get your point. All I am saying is when I took my earnings from December through November and subtracted the bonus mine came out close to what my vacation hourly rate is. Maybe they just don't like you

I think the terms may lead that conclusion.

Since our pay periods are Sun-Sat, they are using the week ending dates.

Week (ending) Nov 26 through week (ending) Nov 18 does amount to 52 weeks...

Used all of our fingers and toes, Swampy, still came up with 51.
    Nice try, though.

Coop Dispatch uses an 8 day week, because most of their drivers need an extra day just to figure out where they are....

Did you sell vacation weeks, receive workers comp, disability? Also incentive bonuses don't count, as mentioned by chitownpeddler...
