Thanks!! I hit my 7th year this Sept so in April (my 7 month 7 day) i should receive my 3rd week of vacation.

In April you will get 2 weeks, in Sept. on your anniversary day next year you will get your 3rd week.

You sure? I got my 2nd week on my 70% (7 month 7 day) date which is in April, so why would I not get my 3rd week the same day 7 months 7 days past my 7th year? I've asked everyone one and no one seems to know.

Yes. You have to get to your 8th year (anniversary date) to get your 3rd week. Every year after that you will get 3 weeks at 7 months 7 days (60% past anniversary day) until 20 years. On anniversary day of 20 years you will get your 4th week.

Unless you have 19 years here, I wouldn't count on getting 20.
