They are going to do what they want,if you want vacation pay and time you had better take it.I have seen it go both ways.
Quick question about Vacation hours/pay. If you leave the company with time built up (earned vacation time) do they pay you out for the unused portion? I cant seem to track down a drivers handbook with the policy on this.. wondering if you corp. guys know?
