This is like most boards you can't insult or call people names. But you can have strong opinions or beliefs. Don't be afraid of speaking your mind.
That is what makes this board successful and people coming back. If not it would be boring.
I do think however they should have more moderators that wasn't just pro union maybe just a couple that are pro nonunion. LOL!
Again you avoided answering any of my questions and are trying to make it look like I am the one that is avoiding direct questions. I have answered everything you asked and you avoided them. I PMed you because I wanted to see if there was a diffrence between the showmen familyman that wants everyone on his side, and if there's a normal one thats able to handle himself and step up and answer questions ask of him. Well, I found out your only a showmen. Honestly, I don't know what I can get away with so I will continue to post my opinion but do it carefully. I did call someone a name so I guess I better watch myself. I don't know much about the moderator thing, whether their union or nonunion makes no difference, although I have got a different opinion about moderators now, unfortunately. I guess I shouldn't let the actions of familyman influence my opinion on the rest(as if my opinion really mattered).Skeeter said:

12) The employee boards are NOT for Non-Employees to go to to antagonize and or force your anti-union or union views on the employees of that board, you will be warned on the first offense and banned for the second offense, if you want to debate this subject there is a board for that. All of this bashing wastes valuable space on the employees boards and creates flame wars which are unproductive to us all.

13) Don't post the same post to multiple forums and don't post off-topic stuff to a company board, use the "Watering Hole" board to post off topic messages
14) Any Post Praising the Union or Any Post Slamming the Union will be moved to the Union/Non-Union Forum. Union Carriers can speak all they want on their company boards about the Union.
15) No Union talk allowed on non-union trucking forums. PERIOD, causes nothing but flame wars and you will get banned from this site for doing so. Also NO Union bashing whatsoever allowed by non-union members on union trucking company forums. The Union/Non-Union forums are ther place for that. Any company owned by a company that is union is the only time union talk can be discussed in non union company forums. This website is not pro union or pro anti union, we are pro LTL drivers.
16) No posting of any internal memos, no posting any trade secrets pertaining to any company

Sorry wrong on all accounts. But if it makes you feel good you can think what you want. It really doesn't matter. But I got the first truck with the new UPSF color and it is prettier than FedEx.
