Just wondering H.E., where did the hourly wage figures come from? CK did not mention specificsin the flick that I watched.lower claim costs = they're not paying claims. tiered wages: 1-2 yrs $18.00, 2-4 yrs $18.50, 4 yrs+ $19.00. lmfao. basically lowered claim costs is the combo of less freight and not paying on claims. the tiered wage system will prob set up to take from the senior drivers and disperse it to the newbies. undoubtely they crunched the numbers so it won't actually dip into the companies funds at all. example: if you take $1.00 an hour from a senior employee, that could be a quarter raise for 4 people. keylon must be a socialist. lol.

let me know when you find it, I've been searching for 25 years for that found lots of companies that meet one or the other but have yet to find one that makes money AND cares about their employees
