Not Perkins on this..but probably was on the original studio if it was on an original studio.
This is the first record I ever owned...my grandfather gave it to me in the very early 70's with a stereo with 8-track, turntable attached and speakers also attached...I think it was a "Brown" or 'Browni" or something. Listened to it over and over when very very young.......He also gave me Loretta Lynn and Eddie Arnold stuff on 8-track which I didn't care for.

I have posted this video twice now from two different links. Post #2090 and #2099. It's a good performance of a Patti Smith song.
So here we go again, and it's probably something out of Truckingboards control. If it disappears again, just let me know and I'll post it again.

Years ago I worked midnights on a very cold Roadway dock unloading inbound trailers. When loading a shipment onto a city trailer we had to write the consignee's name on the load manifest. Then they also wanted the consignee's address. That's when I said no más. For the address I would just write WWJD.

What a shame that was....We had a local band here in my 20's which was pretty much half Skynyrd and half Bon Scott AC/DC, along with some other classic/hard rock sprinkled in. Our other vocalist could sing Bon Scott as if it was actually Bon singing it.
The Skynyrd was my half for vocals( I'll never say I could sing...but did have the heart, desire, and the nutz to do it, and that is most of the battle)....Excellent writer, excellent singer....cool personality he had too...And Gaines was gonna really pick up the band..He could sing and play like a crazyman......................I sometimes can't accept all the coincidences as coincidence................haven't looked into conspiracy on this yet but probably will..............they did put some political ideology or views in their songs.
