Someone told they can't strike they have no union contractHearing the company may be looking for driver and dockworkers to Be walkabouts in Miami because of the strike going on there.
Exactly.Someone told they can't strike they have no union contract
Sure they can, anybody can start a work stoppage or slow down, a contract or absence of one has nothing to do with it. If for instance only one terminal got a 3.00 hr. decrease in pay everybody could stop working until it was resolved, it has nothing to do with being in a union.Someone told they can't strike they have no union contract
Yeah, one would think so.You would think they’d have support from their own coworkers at other terminals.
Yeah..... good luck with that!Yeah, one would think so.
That would be nice. You would think they’d have support from their own coworkers at other terminals.

If their work stoppage effects linehaul freight and that affects me why should I support them? You would think they’d have support from their own coworkers at other terminals.
Miami workers will be back at work tomorrow.
don't know if I would go that far.So Maimi got want they wanted in one day? That is awesome i never thought XPO would cave so easily
Actually, I’d say they didn’t get what they wanted from XPO!don't know if I would go that far.

Not everyone is pro union. I'm not, why should I support them. I've had a union job in the past, unions are not all they claim to be. If they want to be union they can go work for a union carrier.
