Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends. We are so glad you could attend, step inside, step inside. Seems my former employer has a habitual desire to self destruct. As if the outside representaion movement that occured last year, in So. Cali. wasn't enough for Richmond. A " hiccup" I recall hearing a terminal manager refer to it as. Now they have pissed off No. Cali. to the point that they feel they have nothing to lose. I project the numbers to be even stonger this year. Before you all assume I am flaming a movement here, let me correct you. When asked what I think about the subject, I respond with, don't waste your time. Just leave like I did. Why organize a company with no freight? Hello. It's a sinking ship with cannonball holes in the sides big enough to drive a taco wagon through. Hey maybe they can save the driver and put him in a truck. Any way back to point. With all this chaos out west, lack of freight, driver rebellion, etc. it seems Rob or Billy or whom ever is piloting this train wreck, has decided the terminator aka, Wayne Y. is the super hero for Estes West. He will arrive with a big hatchet in one hand and a profilactic over his index finger on the other hand. Some of you will be promised to, with that finger inserted, and others will receive the hatchet. A hint, don't look directly into his eyes. They are completely black. Really strange. Like there is no soul behind them. He speaks to you with no compassion or heart. Like not even human. That is why I call him the terminator.
 
Wayne doesn't "fire" anybody.

He "makes them available to the industry".

He is an ******* of the highest order, and he will consider this a compliment.

You know, I thought the same thing after I posted. He probably will burn a copy of it and hang it in his office to remind himself of what a devious, underhanded reputation he has built for himself. He probably popped a chubby right in the middle of reading it. Here's a question for you. What happens when Wayne Y. takes viagra? He gets taller.

This my friends is why (in my opinion) Estes will not be a player on the west coast. They allow too many quality employees to slip away. Just about on a daily basis you hear of another driver,supervisor being " made available to the industry" under the direction of Wayne (fire em all) Y. These are assets to the company that are let go. Why do you think other companys snatch these guys up so quick? Personally, at this point, I must question Waynes' intelligence. Rob, my advice is as follows. You better tighten the leash on this guy before your west coast operation is a ghost town. Elvis out....

:toxic: wayne y i never had the pleasure cause the day he came to 509 to stop the movement my new tractor broke down and it was my fault and i sat on the side of the road for 8hours until a fed ex driver came to the rescue who also worked for the Big E and he saw the writing on the wall and jumped ship after 10years of service but i understand wayne:toxic: was a real Peach!!!could of sold mom if he had the chance!!! thats the kind of guy the west friehgt shippers need to tell estes by by by i ask custmers if they use estes and they tell me NO and NEVER AGAIN !!!! :hysterical:
 
btw since the change over we all got new terminal numbers, IDY is now 209 I believe. It was rough for me for quite sometime. I was use to the terminal numbers for almost 18 years and it took it's toll on me and alot of others to relearn all those terminals all over again. They even turned LMI into get this "291!!" and we even have TWO sac terminals from what I hear. :nutkick:

I heard Robsnightmare, was up in arms over the terminal renumbering. He was enraged that they would have to remember a new 3 digit terminal identifier. How dare they do this???!!!
 
the whole terminal renumbering thing made me forget my bank pin number for a few days....and I still cant remember my phone number to this day :p
 
I worked there for over 9 years,and would say wayne young was the biggest smacked *** i ever had the misfortune of listening to.In his meetings in the shop with all the drivers,he would say our terminal was the worst in the company.He would say "I'm gonna strip this ***** like a banana",and"Open the flood gates to the lease driver companys".My favorite one was"This terminal is a boil on my ***".

Yea Wayne is quite the pompous ***. That's the same speech they use at every terminal, this is the worst one in the system. If thats the case, we all must suck pretty bad.

you guys are little lost and don't know better and need to stand together and fight for you and your familys and lets get the trucking Industry back to the way it was!!! and make this a decent job for everybody !!!good luck and stick together and tell Richmond NO MAS!!!!

What can I say he sold his soul to me a long time ago, and I didn't even have to train him. Good ones like that are hard to come by
