Averitt Express recently donated $10,000 to the American Red Cross to help relief efforts on East Tennessee following recent wildfires and tornadoes.
The donation comes from the company’s charitable organization, Averitt Cares for Kids. The company says nearly 85 percent of its employees give $1 a week to the group.
