Thanks for doing the digging for me Icuicp. I'll have to print out a copy of these documents to have on hand next time I hear someone saying that our trailer mfg. division has been sold off.

What I'm saying is management and drivers are leaving left and right.

Okay......and......your question is????? Do you work at XPO? Is this at a particular terminal that you are referring to?

If you want to keep from being labeled a "troll" it helps to have complete sentences. Ideas and making your point or asking questions helps as well.

My experience is that most LTL's have revolving doors on their buildings. Guys don't like what kind of a hand that they've been dealt and get ticked off and leave or get shown the door cause of something they've done or said. Then the next things you know I'm out and about on my peddle route and who backs in aside of me at one of my stops in a competitor's truck...you guessed it. Same goes for management.
Bottom line...I wouldn't pin point Con-way/xpo as the only LTL that has revolving doors. The 'grass is always greener someplace else' paradigm has been, is and always will be in play in this business.

Interesting, that together the bill count is less than one company alone before the merger.
The lost over 1/2 their business and eroded their profits...

But made the CEO's rich off the ignorance of the employees and the foolishness of the investors. And now Hoffa got reelected. Trump in the White House. And a republican House and Senate. How long until they pull the gates ? Ain't no Obama to save them now. We might be about to get busy as :shit:.

I'm guessing - and not speaking for High speeds - the Democrats are traditionally more helpful to unions and there's a belief out there that a Democratic president was able to lend a helping hand to unions in trouble. ( Even if there's nothing on record there may have been some behind the scenes dealing ) - this is just my guess.

Even if this is all untrue , there's the thought out there that the Republican party ( President-elect , House , and Senate ) could care less if a union company folds.

I have NO idea what to think. I do know there's reports that Fred Smith the CEO has already met with President-Elect Trump.
