we just lost a big chemical company account today due to damage and transit times. they gave us 3 chances, we struck out. they also pulled their vendors to make sure we cant ship to them also.
 
Good, we get what we deserve.....If someone screwed you over in your personal life you would damn sure cut them off too....especially when you have gave them several chances. Another reason why we can't survive long term. Our word means nothing. And people don't forget when they have been burned....Not once, but twice...three times. Your history. And rightfully so.
 
dow has a lot of issues with improper haz mat paperwork, and i beleive some of their packaging was a claim waiting to happen, but this is one that looked like we were bottom feeding

henkel was good, always wrapped tight and great paperwork

have not done owens corning this year i think
