A few years gone in Greensboro, NC, a cop was charged or dismissed for helping one or two prostitutes to free rides in his Patrol Car for a few months, of course with the usual "benefits".
There are screwy Cops everywhere, like the ones that shoot Kittens and concrete Alligators as well other Cops.
