I tried....I submitted multiple proposals....my supplement negotiators got us nothing.....then I posted on here to try to get my supplement voted down...didn't work....all I did was convince all my co-workers at my barn to vote no....
Has it been voted on yet and did it pass or no?
at o42 have had the one forced 6 punch a month in the work rules for quite a wile.
Not the double after 11 though.
We have other stuff that other barns can't do as well, not sure why the locals don't communicate with each other more.
We can slide our birthday too, if it falls on the weekend or middle of the week we can slide it to a Friday or Monday if we want.
Our ba said There's only a hand full of barns that can do that.
a lot of proposals got shot down for the master probably would have had a better chance in the suplements

Here in the Southern Region, we can slide our birthday or our anniversary day to any day of the week it falls in (Sunday-Saturday) or any day the following week. So, we have a two week window to choose from.
And, when it is busy, the company will offer 6th and or 7th day punch at double time for either day. They must contact our local and get approval from our BA before doing this though. Otherwise, 6th day is time-and-one-half and 7th day is double time.
042 was offering double time for volunteer 6 punches for the last 18 or so months.
They stopped it this month to see if they can stay current without it.
And punches 7+ were always double for us.
We used to have guys on the dock board that would get 9 or 10 punches a week by flipping back in every 8 hours.
