I am a recruiter for a family owned/operated carrier out west in need of some western regional drivers (or coast to coast for any long haul drivers out there). I get incredible feedback from drivers I have sent there and drivers I have talked to over the years that work there or have worked there in the past.

With roughly 400 trucks, the average age of their fleet is 14 months old and is comprised of Cascadias, Peterbuilt 587s and Kenworth T680s.

Drivers can run western states only and/or coast to coast, your choice.

    Plus:
Average length of haul is 1050 miles
    Average over 55K per year
You can have fully installed Direct TV in your truck for free
    Rider policy (starts immediately)
    Pet policy
    Full benefits
    Mileage fuel share bonus
    Annual increases
    Guaranteed detention pay
SIX paid holidays at $100 whether you're working or not.
You are paid at the end of each load
100% Reefer with excellent customer base (CostCo, Target, Kroger)

    Requirements
Drivers need 6 full months of OTR tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years or 2 years in the past 5.
    23 Years old
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
0 DOT recordable and/or preventable accidents in the past 5 years (0 in past 10 years if driver was ticketed)
No more than 2 minor incidents in the past 3 years
Felony must be outside of 10 years, case by case
Misdemeanors must be outside of 7 years, case by case
DUI/DWI must be outside of 10 years (no more than 2 lifetime)
Favorable employment history (ie; easily verifiable experience, no large gaps in employment, no safety related terminations, no truck abandonment, no quit under dispatch)
