I am not sure of what is going on. I do not believe any of it. However UPS has sent the Treasury at 191 page report of shall we say misconduct of the fund and broken promise to UPS as well as legal action against the fund. More to come, Just do not get your hopes up to high. UPS is asking the treasury to turn down the application of suspension of beneifits.

That is funny right there, I don't care what anyone says. The 191 page report was very long and legal to say the least. Better to stop it right now before too many days go by. A fight between the fund and UPS could drain the fund. A very strange turn of events. UPS made many very compelling charges to be looked into.

Yep, that double edged sword. And once again accountability falls on the beneficiaries and not the perpetrators. :ranting2:
