What do you think of the proposed CSA changes listed below? Should they be public or private?

The FMCSA allowed carriers to preview their altered CSA scores last week. Changes included the following:

*Lower intervention thresholds in certain SMS categories

*Higher threshold in one BASIC

*Making the Hazmat BASIC public and splitting it into two segments

*Onsite compliance review once thresholds are crossed

*Increased minimum number of crashes before Crash Indicator BASIC is affected
