I thought it was " critical" for YRC to have a contract extension by mid - November in order to satisfy the banks. So, why are we still speculating what they want ? I don't think its any coincidence that they brought all this refinancing business up right before the holidays. These are pretty sophisticated manipulation techniques they are using. Although I believe YRC needs to restructure their debt, I don't believe that they are broke. They are hiding money in other business ventures that are privately owned and therefore don't have to report earnings/ debt etc... Be very cautious boys, the wolf is at the door and anything we give away now, we will never see again.
