SAIA | what happen to Tony

First I've heard about him being gone. But damn...one can only hope. Heard he was a good salesman, but the company went the wrong way when he took over ops.
 
You've been away too long. Had you been here, you would have seen he was one of the driving forces that were running this place in the ground.

Since I don't have an inside source, the rumor was/is that "he was made available to the industry". That info is exactly worth what I paid for it-nothing.
 
As for seeing what the company was doing to it's employees, Tony was the main one coming up with the plan. He was the driving force for what has happened to the company and it's employees. I would be doing a happy dance over this one. This should be a good thing depending upon who may replace him. Brian B. would be a good one from within the company. Other than that I am not sure who would be in line for a step up like that.

I've been trying to find out on the net about the man prior to his coming to Saia. It's like he didn't exist. No info, zilch, zip, nada. I wonder if he will disappear into the mists after the end of the month.

Trust me! I know as well , if not more so that he does. Well.....his secretary. That's just as well though. If something good happens within the company, I praise it. Something stupid, I ridicule it.

he worked for Standard Trucking Co, between them and Saia i don't know, oh Tim P worked there also
 
I had only met Tony once during the Connection merger.He actually save a TM from a near death experience by talking to me like a dog.Never had a problem with the guy. :duel:
