We’ve been booming in Chattanooga all year, but the last two months have been pretty light. We’ve lost almost all the new p&d guys due not having enough work to go around. A couple of our combo guys are just working OB dock for a few hours and going home. For some reason they put Quest back in here a few weeks ago while most of our linehaul struggles to get in a full week.

Must be just your area, we slowed down for a couple weeks here in central California, but the past week has been back to slammed, and end of the month pickups have been extremely heavy.
 
Truckload market slowed down since September in many regions... so the spillover to LTL has decreased.
Sometimes an entire truck is cheaper than LTL in slower months due to lower overhead costs.
Some areas are still busy like Cali due to high import activity.
