ODFL | What kind of Transmissions are in your trucks?

Just wondering what kind of transmissions are in your trucks and what kind have you driven?

i run an eaton fuller, and love it had to run one with the meritor or what ever it is and never ground os much i hate those

They run both Eaton Fullers and Meritors, newer trucks from I have seen have the Fullers in them, older ones have the Meritors.

A truck driver told me (reliable source ?) he saw a few automatics sitting in MRT a couple years ago. Wonder what ever happen to them.

Its possible they had a few with autos, could have been testing them out, dropped them for some reason.

they bout three autos in 2004 all team trucks one got crashed in ut seems the trans won't hold you back on the down hill last i herd one runs a northeast sch don't know what happened to the third

i wonder since od is buying all the new trucks with engine breaks if they might try automatic trans again
