The football fans in Louisiana are diehard football fans.. Letting that Bengals fan have that ball, wasn't in the cards and probably not the first time it's happened.. Just the first time it was caught on camera.. But, in the long run, the man gave the football to the fan and she left with it, and that's being a great fan... She even gave him a smooch on the cheek...
