I `ve heard from some people that the the chances of getting hired at Dayton, if your coming from a union environment, is virtually impossible. Is there anybody on here who has any first hand experience with this? Do you know people who`ve been hired, is there some way of conveying to management that I`m just looking for a job that has some stability and I`m not trying to organize them?

I know a few ex union drivers that work for Dayton out of Milwaukee. That had no problems getting hired on.
