And from what I'm being told this is NOT what is being offered. An extention with a yrc coo and some language changes are what they want.

Like the rest of their COO's they would fail at this also... Failure is what they are good at...

Maybe I'm just stupid. But it doesn't seem to make sense to me to change a successful business model into a system that is a proven failure.

The word insane comes to mind:
"To continue the same practice and expect different results."
