What was that called again???

    Is there anyone out there that is getting the check ( bonus? ) because your terminal met all of it's numbers?


    There seems to be ZERO talk of this now and has been this way for a while now. From my understanding , most goals where set as unreachable which led to a lot of the management turnover.

    Did you get it last year( for 2016 )?

    The reason for asking is the impression put out there is the service centers that hit their goal last year ( 2016 ) were given an UNREACHABLE goal this past year ( 2017 ) and the service centers that fell on their face in 2016 had an easier path in 2017.

    Kind if like the NFL. The more you loose , the easier your schedule is the following year. On the other hand , if your service center did well the bar was set UNREALSTICLY high.

    Haven't gotten the Dec numbers but we were at 135 at the end of Nov.
    We got it last year I think we ended up in the high 90s

    We did get one last year. And we were well over 100 for this year.

    Got it last year, no chance this year. Heads have rolled. Maybe next year. It's not a significant amount of money anyway. A years worth of effort for not even one weeks worth of pay.

    Safety bonuses paid quarterly would be a win/win for everyone. The employees are incentivized to be safer at work and the company benefits from a reduction in accidents. I won't be getting any bonus this year as our terminal didn't make our artificially jacked up, too high, non-reality, number.

    I remember a year or two that when we had the ICP program especially one year in particular We got a wonderful bonus and they would give you half before Christmas to help you with Christmas expenses. That was in the good old days.

    Been brought up to regional manager and others in chicagoland region a cash safety bonus or pto bonus for working safely we were told not gonna happen

    Any kind of bonus that puts you in control is out of the question. Unless you agree that they can pay you in toilet paper sheets... oops I meant star cards.

    That's to bad. If you want to incentivize the work force, do that. Otherwise. Keep the bonus. Just give everyone another .05 an hour and stop the crap.
