Yep , problem we have is that our Wanta-be-manager does not want to honor Seniority !!
lol You're good to go, just remember those socks and clean underwear
So in other words, the "Greatest Contract Ever" and all of it's changes really isn't that great anymore?
Impressive Semi pulling our trailer's !
Every time I see a broker pulling a union trailer I just shake my head in disgust.
Skeleton work force this week & running out of trap trailer's , Hey T-Shack you better fire a few more....................................
Is this the same Steve Teshak?
Spartanburg old TM needed to be escorted out by him. Everything else he screwed up down here.
Half of Hollands tractors look no better than that thing.
May be this is the problem ?? Look around your terminal and do you have these signs of Hostile Takeover like these (1) Untrained Staff (2) Unqualified Staff ?? Know for sure we do at ours, Untrained & Unqualified Staff one of biggest problems . https://prezi.com/mg1-kcapf_3h/tell-tale-signs-of-a-hostile-takeover/
Has Fed Ex Driver's had enough of Hoffa's B.S. ?? https://www.bizjournals.com/memphis...-to-decertify-union.html?ana=yahoo&yptr=yahoo
To me, it's not about the nasty looks of the tractors, it's more about who owns the truck and whether it's a Holland employee (union member) driving it or not.
I know that there has always been a small percentage of work that could be farmed out, per the contract, but it still makes me sick and always will.
I'm not usually in to conspiracy theories, but you could be on to something here.
Easy partner.Dont get your wool in a bundle... they hook trucks from different companies,to other companies trailers at state truck driving competitions for the competitors to drive......
No , this pic was after that and it's a sign of things to come ???
If that picture proves to be a sign of things to come we will not know it until 4/1/19. A change of ownership before that date would trigger the clause in the MOU that would end the 15% wage reduction.
I don't think UPS even has the Overnite buyout straight yet...i think the only thing we have in common with ups is the fact our tractors will be their shade of brown soon, from the rust..
