Short answer? Hell NO! The guys are still working without a contract, management is still as confused and messed-up as ever, and balls are constantly being dropped day in, day out, and the customers are getting pissed. The company is trying desperately to do more with a lot less and it is creating a unhappy and rather unsafe work environment, because of the corners that are constantly being cut.
The battle is still far from over, and until a contract is reached, I wouldn't want to lay odds as to the future of the Big Oak Leaf...
