ODFL | What's with the wait on IFTA stickers and permits?

Is it just out here, or is the whole company still running around with 06' IFTA stickers? Wonder if I'll get my new license tabs before the end of month on this truck as well...

I noticed that to. From my past experience many times permits are not sent to companies in time to comply and a extension is given. Of course they might have been sent company mail in which case they are no telling where now spread out in the wrong terminals all over the country sitting in outbound linehaul shacks rubberbanded to the wrong pouches.

I seen them on the GBO yard putting them on the trailers and inspecting them aswell, and I did check all my permits...all up to date..I feel OD does a great job on complying with Fed and State laws.....

We got all our permits for our permit book on 1/2/2007. Our ops manager said that they got a bad batch of IFTA stickers.(not sure exactly what the problem was) But we got the paper to put in our permit books.

Don't worry,the 06 ifta stickers have been extended and we are not running around illegal.There will be 07's on the way very soon.

Companies have 1 month grace period for the ifta sticker's,i beleive.
