told us in a letter either jump on ship or jump off, they quickly found out many drivers and management jumped off...
In near years to come there are going to be stricter laws and driver qualification laws and regulations. Driver shortages are going to be at an all time high very soon.
Wal mart and other companies are gearing up ( like Wal Mart already has already, Wal Mart has the best package out there , thats were many of our drivers fled to ... ) to offer driver incentives to keep and acquire the best qualified drivers on the road .....

The old school management philosophy of strong arming and beating down the employees is over and done with. These executives need to understand that with the current, national driver shortage, either you pamper the drivers or you won't have them long. There are so many companies that have similar pay and benefits packages (and are hiring) that you can no longer get away with treating people like crap. These people need to wake up if they want to have enough drivers to move their freight on time.
Old school management types need to be put out to pasture.
