How are the rooms where you break ?
Service ?

Frog City Truck Stop Rayne LA. I-10 x 89. Darn good Cajun food, nice waitresses, could use some help in the scenery department tho...

Your coming back to line haul just in time for winter! Come out west and have some fun with us, we need the help. Don't worry we will show you how to chain!

I always bring my lunch and park where I will not be bothered by anyone.

I pack my lunch as well. It's usually gone 10 minutes after I start my day. I have a certain shade tree that I'd go to when I peddled the same city everyday. Open the windows and get a nice breeze, I may or may not been known to dose off.

How about Waco market? I know I like to stop in when I'm in the area. I've seen my buddy kbigdog there a time or two. For those of you not familiar with the area, its in Canton, Ohio just south of route 30 on route 43. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. As far as the scenery, you may catch an OD driver munchin or dozin off in the parking lot along with a ton of other drivers...

In eastern Pa, most WAWA's or Sheetz can accommodate a rig. And open all night for us line haul guys.
Hit the Sheetz in Wilkes Barre on rte 315 on a fri nite-sat am around 130-200 am. The clubbers from the
casino night club stop in at closing time. Scenery can be quite nice

Back in the day.I enjoy'd eating at the Middlesex Diner in Carlyle. Also ate at a diner across the street from motel in philly that was good.Alway's enjoy'd Cracker Barrel when up north.Cause they had sweet tea..lol.But,I enjoy my frozen dinner's now.lol

The Southside Diner at exit 243 off I-81 in Harrisonburg, VA is a decent place to stop in for a quick meal. One of the guys I rode with during training was fond of their burgers so I gave it a shot. There seems to be plenty of parking but every time I've pulled in for my break, all of the fuel lanes were empty so I've parked in the outermost lane and haven't had an issue with getting in anyones way. I check my 5th wheels and air lines every time I leave sight of my set anyway but I seem to have the desire to check them even more so at places like that just in case a pseudo-billy-bad-ass-super-trucker decides to play parking lot police and teach me a lesson for parking in a completely empty area.

I've been a fan of Sheetz and WaWa for many years now from my previous job. If it wasn't for them, there would have been many nights where I would have went hungry when I got to a hotel. There's that one Sheetz truck stop somewhere around exit 271 on I-81 in VA and there a couple more on the eastern side of PA between Pittsburgh and the State College area for when you want to stop in during the day time.

Tennessee i-40 x-87 small bbg trailer across the street from the loves. Has alil parking. Awsome sandwiches. My personal favorite is the bbg bologna sandwich with slaw and sauce. X2. Want a burger? Tennessee I-40 x108. Bailey's. Can circle the building with a set. That burger has more grease on it than your fifth-wheel!

Is that where we do switch out's.Sit's up on the hill. Also the new Sheetz on 29 north above GBO that just open'd up has a great place to pull off.You can't beat there hotdog's.Eat there for lunch sometimes

Kewanee Truck Stop (first or last exit on 20/59 in Mississippi depending on which way you're going) has AWESOME burgers. If you get their phone number, you can call ahead and your food will be waiting on you when you get there.

I think the Sheetz in VA is in Mt. Washington... I usually stop at the place across the street. Always could find a place to park super late when I was sleeping in a truck.
