Never mind - This has gotten off topic. I also am not trying to bash NPME or wish ill towards them.
I thought this would be an interesting topic, but some people here want to turn this around.
The question is would you consider decertifying if it meant that NPME would be more attractive to a potential buyer or it would insure the company's long term viability. There is no question that NPME is a profitable union carrier, always was, always will be. The truth is that the union gets in the way of a sale.

The unfunded liability ??
And for the record, from the horses mouth......"We will be in each of the terminals we purchased within 30 days of default. We purchased these terminals to utilize them, not be landlords".
The terminals that were purchased were all in areas that ADP is looking for expansion ever since Steve O took over. The only terminal that fell through was South Kearny which ADP wanted so they can move Carteret operation because of a eminiant domain issue.
