We need to get Bob Stull back at the helm. It is no secret that the best run companies have humble and gentle giants at the helm that have learned to listen to their employees with hard-earned, merited respect.

Bob Stull was at the cutting edge of encouraging each and every expert in the job they performed to make changes that added to the bottom line of the company. He did not presume to know it all and tell everyone how to do the job that they are the expert in performing; Bob Stull recognized the intrinsic value of each cost saving and profit enhancing idea and suggestion as an asset to use to improve the company and its bottom line.

We would have little or no debt by now if we had Bob Stull running the show. When we listen we learn; when learn we earn and when we earn we get ourselves out of debt and don't get ourselves back into it.
 
Unfortunately we went from his philosophy to one of KCGO knows best you know nothing and are not suppose even come up with an idea because only those in KC can see and understand the "Big Picture".

And they wonder why the workforce is alienated............................

You hit the nail right on the head. And so many wonder why we are in the shape we are in. We are in the Perfect Storm with a blind and deaf captain at the helm.

MIKE WICKEM was the TRUE ROADWAY GUY and yes ROADWAY was making between 90-100 mil qtr you must be yellow saia preston jevic. BORROW and LOOSE it ALL! ROADWAY started RPS (fedex ground,viking.etc) Roadway,New Penn,Reimer paid themselves off. ZOLLARS(Yellow) got greedy and SCREWED USF. wheres DUGGAN HOLLAND REDDAWAY didn't need yellows BS and get greedy! I was ROADWAY am still 26yrs!
