I heard that the office workers and mechanics were talking to Chris and the office workers are active in signing cards. More the merrier!

Makes sense to me!! We organized all the clerical employees at RedStar also.Once they realized what they were missing out on it was a no brainer!!!!

I heard M.M. put and application for a local driver position. He wants to be represented so his employer can never jushttp://www.truckingboards.com/forum/images/smilies/19.gift fire him because he makes too much money.

These guys just don't get it. Too much to explain...check out my old posts. Funny thing I don't even work there anymore. Retired on disability and collecting my pensions. Just trying to give some positive input to help these guys. Most never worked for a union carrier. Most non union posts we believe are management....

yes, on occasion. Used to run into them on the road when I pedaled in north jersey. I miss the old days too. Always looked forward to working for RedStar and being with the guys.

That was me... That poor guy didn't have a chance...I still re-live that from time to time. Horrible scene to witness. Myself and a construction worker tried to get him out but the fire was too much. My personal opinion was he expired on impact....hopefully he didn't suffer.
