HMS is extremely popular and very profitable... It's not going anywhere. Just glad to not have to do 'em anymore.

I guess white glove was something we didn't do very much of anyway... in the 3 months I was in the city I never picked up or delivered a white glove shipment.

It was alot of it.The problem was the 3rd party OD contract'd with.They were not representing the OD brand very well.Property was getting mess'd up&costing OD to much money.That is what I heard..

Around here you'd see these contract guys running around in ex-enterprise box trucks not knowing much of the English language.
