sales meeting today 9/7/06
sales girl mentioned us buying landstar. seemed confused on the name. kept saying landstar or land- something.....i spoke up and said landspan but she said it didnt ring a bell.
ive never seen a landstar trailer at any terminal before. we load a landspan long box every day.
landspan is still owned by watkins by the way.

The rumor was US Expressways. Truckloads performance is as bad as the other carriers we are using. The big house in AA won't do anything until they break the news of the pension and health benifits going out the window.
