Let's keep the national accounts sales force and cut the local account rep position. What do they bring us? No new freight unless its hand freight or out in the boonies. 3rd party logistics companies provide the vast majority of our outbound freight.

They need more freight bound for Canada. Chasing LTL pickups with a half full trailer is annoying for a linehaul team. The Middle of Nowhere, North Carolina (no offense to those who live there) is no place for a full size tractor trailer to be wandering around looking for a dock to bump.
