No re-cert, They will just start eliminating job.. The Owner -ops will be done on the day after final close Fedex gets Trailers only. Keep your tractors. They will certainly do this merger very lean by means of increasing load averages. Office at Watkins they will keep only a few in areas were there are current openings. then the liquidation of real-estate and excess equipment starts. and they will post record earning and OR for the year/ it's a bunch of S@#t Mr. D is dealing out.
