Then to wait,around,and pay to get winched out of a ditch?

If a safety manager can look at an accident and answer the question: What could I have done differently to avoid it?, it's a preventable accident. If that same safety manager cannot answer that question, it's a non-preventable accident. I never said all accidents are preventable. BUT, very few acciden't aren't preventable.
